ORDERS
Orders are final when full payment is made, and order is confirmed via email.
Customers will be sent written confirmation via email. Any alterations to that order will also be confirmed with the customer via email notification.
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will then receive the tracking number.
ZARINA reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason. For questions regarding orders, please contact info@zarina.com.au
AUS & NZ SHIPPING
All domestic orders are eligible for FREE shipping, and are delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on location.
All shipping methods are via Australian Post, and a signature is required on delivery. If for some reason the recipient is unable to provide a signature and delivery is delayed as a result, it will be the customers responsibility to arrange pickup from the shipping provider using the tracking information provided by ZARINA.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to redirect deliveries once your order has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For International shipping costs are flat rate $30 for every order.
International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. ZARINA reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return subject to the following.
Orders may be returned within one month of the original order’s arrival.
If your returned items are shipped back to ZARINA beyond the qualifying return window, ZARINA reserves the right to reject the package and the return.
Items must be in unworn condition and must retain intact and undisturbed. Any swing tags, labels or any other form of usage indicator that were in place on the item when it was shipped.
To return, you will need to email info@zarina.com.au to receive your returns code.
Items must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging, include all original packaging and documentation, and be packed and shipped in such a way as to adequately protect the delicate contents inside. We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or show apparent signs of use or abuse.
ZARINA is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items, and we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment. We recommend you send your goods back using a trackable delivery service.
FAULTY
We’re so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. In the event that you have received a faulty item, please follow the exact procedures above for a return.
We aim to contact you within 24 hours to speed up your claim and cover expenses.
Items will be deemed faulty only if it is determined that it is faulty at its time of shipment, or if it were damaged during its time in transit. Items damaged after delivery are not considered faulty, and therefore would not be eligible for return. ZARINA is not responsible for damaged or stolen items after delivery has taken place.
